Pirates speak what needs to be said. They go where they intend to, rest when needed, perform for nobody. The necklace carries the collection’s own name — worn at the throat, where voice begins and silence is most often demanded.

Ravers take over spaces, dancing to a beat the rest of the world calls noise. This necklace is strung with plastic letters — the material of the culture itself, unprecious and correct. The repeated electronic rhythm fits certain brains like it’s arrival, not an escape. It builds a bridge to places that may not exist in this world but feel more true than the one that does. To wear this necklace is to carry that frequency. The pearl-clutchers never heard the music.
